Surface preparation by abrasive blasting is a must for any protective coating. The surface of the metal should be thoroughly cleaned and roughened by compressed air with suitable abrasives like Grit, Sand, Quartz, Aluminum Oxide etc., as per IS and BS Standards.

In Abrasive blasting we involve a process where in abrasives are propelled with compressed air on to the substrate to remove Millscale, Oil, Grease, Dirt, Rust, Oxides & Paint, to create a profile for any protective coating to Adhere.
